We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2019, at the age of 94, Donna E. Cook (Winchendon, Massachusetts), born in Salem, New Hampshire passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna E. Cook to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Clarence Wells and Ruth Wells (Fairbanks); and her grandson Jeffrey Swan. She is survived by: her husband George R. O. Cook; her daughters, Peggy Swan (Michael Pierson) of Phillipston and Linda Lindblad (Jon) of Athens, VT; her sister Dorothy Duteau of Athol; her granddaughter Terry Mikulskis of Collinwood, TN; her great grandchildren, David, Leonard, Samantha, Jeffery and Sonya; and her great great grandchildren, Dominic, Alexis, Mackenzie and Sophia Grace. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial.
