It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn W. (Bourque) Fay (Winchendon, Massachusetts), born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Bourque and Irene Bourque (L'Abbe). She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Hietala (Barbara) of Winchendon, Craig Hietala (Bernadette) of Fitzwilliam, NH and Glenn Belliveau (Brandi Manca) of Athol; her grandchildren, Michael, Alison, Mitchel, Eliesa, Madeline and Nina; and her brother Michael Bourque. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
