She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Swift and Mary Swift; her husband Melvin Whitehead; her sister Jewel Fitzgibbon; and her son Jay Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Andrews (Hal), Lisa Pelkey, Mark Taylor and Michael Whitehead (Jen); her brother Don Swift (Carolyn); her niece Jill Evans (Michael); and her family Carlene. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great-grandchildren, and 2 Great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
