She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Girouard; her son Jeff Girouard; and her parents, John Jay and Irene Jay. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alicia Allaire (Wade), Stephanie Roncarati (James), Alan Fournier and Jennifer Girouard; her great grandchildren, Amelia Allaire and Nora Roncarati; her daughter-in-law Kathaleen Girouard; her caregiver Friend Jessica Prentiss; and her daughter Michelle Beaudette.
The family suggests memorial donations be made in Arlene's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
