It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Walter J. Babcock of Wilmington, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ellen Babcock; his children, Chelsie Stackhouse (Michael Stackhouse), Christopher Babcock and Sara Babcock; his grandchild Rae Rose Stackhouse; his children, Yogi and Milo; his father Robert Babcock; his sister Darlene Babcock O'Connell; his siblings-in-law, James and Mary Bonasoro; his nieces and nephews, James, Liz, Liam, Anthony, Christine, Jaxon, Isla Bonasoro, Christina Furlong and Nathan O'Connell; and his child Wells.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home (187 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas of Villanova Church (126 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887). A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Wildwood Cemetery (233 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887).
