He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert W. Shay and Helen T. Shay (Prescott); and his siblings, Susan Shay (Paul Coolidge) of Hudson, MA and Michael Shay of Wilmington, MA.. He was also cherished by his cousins, in-laws and dear friends.
