He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Howe (Field) and Chester Howe. He is survived by: his cousins, Steve and Mark; his significant other Barbara Ann Howe (D'Amico); his siblings, Sandra McFeeters (Howe) and Dick Howe; and his close friend Billy Nolan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
