He is survived by: his children, Richard McHugh Jr. (Mimi) of Tewksbury, Thomas McHugh (Laurie) of Wilmington, William McHugh (Barbie) of Wilmington and Heather Fuller (Steven) of Wilmington. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law as well as his many nieces, nephews.
