With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael A. Stetson of Wilmington, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 81. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Allen and Dorothy Stetson; and his siblings, Edward Stetson, Letitia Dupler and Carla Stetson.
He is survived by: his wife Judith E. Stetson (Maddison). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Nichols Funeral Home (187 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wildwood Cemetery (233 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887).
