He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy E. Sullivan and Rosemary Sullivan (Lothian); and his siblings, Terry Ouellette, Deidre Doyle (Tom) and Dorothy Polito.

He is survived by: his children, Ashley LeBlanc (Scott) of Pelham, NH, Derek Sullivan (Cortney Brickley), Christie Lutz (Clinton) of North Reading, Jenna Garrity (Cameron) of Wilmington, Nora, Mia, Tristan, Brynn and William; his siblings, Michael Sullivan (Janet), Timothy Sullivan, Michael Polito, Carol Minchello and Mary Hinckley; and his former wife Cheryl Sullivan (Rego). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
