Gloria L. Diehl Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gloria L. Diehl of Wilmington, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Gloria shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gloria farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband William S. "Bill" Diehl; and her parents, Alfonso Licona and Juana Licona (Manzano). She is survived by: her sons, Richard Diehl (Melony) of Swansea, NH and Robert Diehl of Rowley; her grandchildren, Patrick Flynn and Sirona Diehl Hernandez (Zachariah); and her great grandchild Thomas Hernandez. She is also survived by her siblings.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home (187 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations in Gloria's name may be made to The Congregational Church in Wilmington, 220 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington, MA 01887.
