She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Tipping Hamilton and Dennehy; and her siblings, Francis Tipping Jr., Denise Kelly and Anne Marie Tipping.
She is survived by: her husband John Rankin; her children, Karen Toskic (Emir) of Billerica, Caitlin Rankin of Wilmington, Johnny Rankin (Julie) of Billerica, Jared Rankin (Emily Rodda) of Reading and Seanna Rankin of Wilmington; and her sisters, Patricia Gallagher of Winthrop and Catherine Hughes of Wakefield. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends.
