He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Jr. and Helen (Steeves); and his siblings, Ronald Benoit, Fred Benoit III and Nancy Donovan.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Pavoni (Chris) of Arlington and Casey Benoit of Arlington; his siblings, Mary Pescatore (Michael) of Beverly, Patricia Caveney (James) of Plymouth, Glenn Benoit (Maureen) and Lynne Robertson (John) of Beverly; and his sister-in-law Carol Benoit of Somerville. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives and friends.
