She was predeceased by: her son Lee Mugford; her parents, Berkess Charles Carroll and Laura Carroll (Frank); and her son-in-law Bob Ings. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Ings; her granddaughters, Wendy Witt (Hilary) and Tracy Dillon (Jonathan); and her great grandchildren, Reese of Billerica, MA., Peyton of Billerica, MA. and Madison of Billerica, MA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
