He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Lamothe and Blanche Lamothe (Boudreau); his son Brian E. Lamothe; and his siblings, Blanche McClellan, Eleanor Lust, Eugene Lamothe, Ronald Lamothe, Elaine Coyle and Joanne Rochetti.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Lamothe (Souza); his children, Marc E. Lamothe of White Plains, NY, Amy M. Lamothe of Wilmington and Henry Williams; and his sisters, Janet Cantelli and Yvonne Ross. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Alfred's memory may be made to Parish of the Transfiguration, St. Dorothy's Church, c/o Parish Rectory, 11 Harnden St., Wilmington, MA 01887.
