He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Przybyla and Stella Przybyla (Nowak); his wife Patricia M. Przybyla (Clark); and his brother Walter Przybyla (Doris). He is survived by: his children, Joseph J. Przybyla, III of Willimansett, Tammy A. Cupillo of Willimansett, David M. Przybyla, Sr. (Kristen) of Chester and Shari A. Fay (Dean) of Hampden; his grandchildren, Courtney Perez, Jonathan Starr, Sami-Jo English (Gregory), David M. Przybyla, Jr., Erik Przybyla, Owen Przybyla (Morgan), Cole Przybyla, Sean Fay and Daniel Fay; his great grandchildren, Jason Perez, Jr., Jameson Starr and O'Mari English; his nieces, Alice Przybyla (Stanley) of Belchertown and Connie Callahan; and his pet Jerry.
His burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Masks are recommended for his funeral services.
His family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to the Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9979.
