He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Choquette and Shirley Choquette (Hardy). He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Choquette of North Adams; his grandchildren, Hannah, Peyton and Owen Choquette; his great grandchild Auden; and his sister Donna Renzulli (Michael) of Florida.
