He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sucharzewski and Josephine Sucharzewski (Sikowski); and his siblings, Elizabeth Sucharzewski, Frances Bird, Thomas and Paul Sucharzewski.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sucharzewski (Mowe); his sons, Leon J. Sucharzewski Jr. (Susan) of Concord, NC and David A. Sucharzewski (Karen) of Shelburne Falls, MA.; and his grandchildren, Amy Zambotti, Gina Myers (John), Sara Kingsbury (Jeremy) and Michael Sucharzewski (Randi). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and a grand nephew.
