She is survived by: her parent Lynne Fay (Sheldon); her children, Crystal Hernandez (Xavier) of Manchester, CT and Shawn Gauthier of Easthampton, CT; and her sisters, Terri Fay and Wendy Fay Wegner of Otis, MA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
