He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary-Jane Whitney Sprague (Jid); his children, John Sprague, Jr. of Shutesbury, MA, Bill (Liz Sprague) of Williamstown, MA, Cathy (Steve Wolf) of Pelham, MA and David (Mitsuyo Sprague) of Sterling, VA.; and his parents, Florence Sprague (van Zelm) and Robert C. Sprague. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
Memorial contributions can be made to Williamstown Rural Lands and St. John's Episcopal Church.
