He is survived by: his friend John; his wife Sara "Sally" Holden (Imhof); his children, Barbara Kotelnicki (Joseph) of Dalton, MA, John Patrick Holden of New Brunswick, NJ and Peter Alfred Holden of Brooklyn, NY; his grandchildren, Emma, Griffin Kotelnicki and Jack Holden; and his nephew Jonathan Holden.
