With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Sampson (Williamstown, Massachusetts), born in Somerville, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 2, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Walter Sampson, John Sampson and Phyllis Balzekas. He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Edwin and Dorothy Ethel Sampson (Aiken); his wife Donna Sampson (Farinon); his children, Kathleene MacAlpine (William) of Rye Beach, NH and Scott Grant (Jean) of Williamstown; his grandchildren, Michelle, Daniel, Bradley Grant, Elle and Holly MacAlpine; his great grandchildren, Shawn and Bella; and his siblings, Ruth Massoni of Southwick, MA, Virginia Stevens of Cape Cod, MA and Robert Sampson of Lanesboro, MA.
