He is survived by: his mother Doris Crooks, Sr. (Lavarnway) of Chicopee; his wife Hilarie Crooks; his daughters, Madelynne, Olivia, Sophia of Wilbraham and Marissa Crooks of Longmeadow; the mother of his child Carla Scionti of Suffield; his brothers, Richard Crooks Jr. (Hope) of Florida, Robert Crooks of Agawam and Raymond Crooks (Linda) of Wilbraham; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Candice, Amber, Joseph, Alicia, Angelina, Julia and Stella.
