With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard C. Heineman Sr. of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, born in Annapolis, Maryland, who passed away on November 4, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Heineman; and his girlfriend Dorothy Martel. He is survived by: his son Richard Heineman, Jr. (Marian) of Holland; his grandson Gregory Heineman of Wilbraham; his sister Sandra A. Heineman of Vero Beach, FL.; and his girlfriend's daughter Charlene.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will benefit the TJ O'Connor Animal Control and Adoption Center, 627 Cottage St., Springfield, MA 01104, where Dick rescued his faithful companion Midnight.
