He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Duffy and Mary Duffy (Donovan); his brother Thomas Duffy; his siblings-in-law, David Rudd, James R. Sullivan and Claire O'Brien; and his niece Beth Bremner.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. Duffy (Sullivan); his children, Catherine (James Reichert) of Acton, Tish (William Maxwell) of Wilton, CT and Michael (Anja) of Holyoke; his grandchildren, Henry, Thomas Reichert, Griffin, Calla Maxwell, Donal and Tobias Duffy; his sister MaryJean Rudd of Fairborn, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Judith Sullivan of East Longmeadow and Eileen Duffy (O'Flynn) of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
