He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Heineman and Jane Heineman (Seidell). He is survived by: his wife Marian (Poe) of Holland; his son Greg of Wilbraham; and his close friend Michael Lamoureux.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Rich's name to the fundraising efforts of the Minnechaug Booster Club, for the new turf field at Minnechaug High School, 621 Main Street, Wilbraham, MA 01095 or to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168, which provided him with exceptional care.
