He was predeceased by: his father Raymond A. Avezzie. He is survived by: his children, Richard Sales of Los Angeles, CA, Lisa Chaffee (Dennis) of Wilbraham and Michelle Grout (Brian) of Wilbraham; his grandchildren, Madeleine Payson, Ian Payson, Olivia Grout, Derek Grout and Gavin Grout; and his siblings, Louanne Short, David Avezzie, Donald Avezzie, James Avezzie and Lorraine Percy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and many dear friends.
