She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Marie Bailey (Quimby) and Wayne Bailey; her husband Charles C. LaLiberte, Jr.; her son-in-law Robert Morley; and her brother Robert W. Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas C. LaLiberte (Elizabeth), Anne Morley, Jane LeBlanc (Paul), Carol LaLiberte (Phil Faulstich) and Hope Church.
In lieu of flowers, Phyllis requested donations be made in her memory to the Mary, Mother of Hope Church Improvement Fund, 840 Page Boulevard, Springfield, MA 01104 or to a charity of one's choice.
