He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip DeForge, Sr. and Margaret DeForge (Sullivan); his wife Vicki DeForge (Williams); and his brother Michael DeForge. He is survived by: his brother Mark DeForge (Maggie) of Agawam; and his nieces, Marin Kelly and Declan.
