She is survived by: her sons, Joseph (Deborah), Stephen (Kathleen), Michael (Lisa), Thomas (Gina) and Gregory (Leah); her grandchildren, Thomas (Aine), Brian (Alison), Daniel, Kelsey, Carly, Rory, Nicole, Michaela, Katelyn, Emma, Joseph, Margaret and Sean; her great grandchildren, Clementine, Sydney and Colin; her sister Barbara Carney of Cummaquid, MA; and her nieces, Marybeth, Kathleen and Alison.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions or a pint of blood in Pat's honor may be donated to the American Red Cross.
