She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kane and Caroline Kane; her husband Henry K. Nichols; and her siblings, Dorothy Barnes, Mildred Powell and Henry Kane.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Cataldi (Joe) of Farmingville, NY., Nancy Pitaro of Kings Park, NY and David Nichols (Theresa Meckel) of Holyoke; her grandsons, Joseph, Michael, Kevin Pitaro, Ryan, Brett Cataldi and Derek Nichols; her great grandchildren, Nicholas and Jack; and her brother Ronald Kane of Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
