He is survived by: his former husband Keith of Wilbraham; his grandchildren, Daniel O'Rourke of Dallas, Texas, Jeremy Paine (Lyla) of Wilbraham, Kevin O'Rourke of Sherman Oaks, CA, Sarah Parker of Springfield, MA, Alyssa Motyl of Springfield, MA and Kristine Parker of Sherman Oaks, CA; and his spouse Marcie D. Hayn.
