She is survived by: her husband Dr. Anthony Polom; her daughter Sarah Dufault (Gil) of Lancaster, PA; her grandchildren, Lauren Belice (Josh) of Lancaster and Ryan Dufault (Kelsey) of Denver, NC; her son Francis Polom (Sandra) of Wilbraham; her grandchildren, Cara Raccis (David) of Mansfield, MA and Corey Polom (Sarah) of Sherrills Ford, NC; her great grandchildren, Brooks Dufault, Emmett Belice and Jayce Dufault; and her godson Sarath Ton of Orlando, FL.. She is also survived by 11 nephews and 9 nieces.
