She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Harold Jester; and her brother Joe. She is survived by: her former spouse UMass Amherst; her siblings, Ruth and David (Jeanette); her children, David and Sharon (Leon); and her granddaughters, April and Lydia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
