He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Bell of Amherst; his children, Lucinda (Steve Koziol), Carlton (Elizabeth Miner) and William (Cynthia Miner); his grandchildren, Thomas, Benjamin, Robert Koziol and Jessica Putnam; his sister Susan (Richard Merrell); and his niece Janis. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
