He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rita Capitan and Michael Madden. He is survived by: his wife Patricia H. Madden (Dvorchak); his daughters, Karen Madden of Wilbraham, MA and Kathleen DeMorris (Stephen) of Wilbraham, MA; and his sister Jacqueline Madden of Ludlow, MA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
