He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Welch and Mary Welch (Hanigan); his wife Ellen Welch (Cuttita); his children, Cassandra "Cassie" Arriaza (Jorge) of North Grafton, MA and Gregory "Greg" Welch (Jamie) of Colonie, NY; his grandson Sebastian John Arriaza; and his siblings, Edward Welch (Charmian) of The Villages, FL, Jane Marie Welch of Idaho Falls, ID and Elaine Desaulniers (John) of Cross Hill, SC.
