He is survived by: his spouse Lavae Wells; his daughters, Leslie Costello of West Springfield and Paula Dubord (Joe) of Wilbraham; his grandchildren, Patrick Costello of Costa Mesa, Courtney Costello (Patrick) of Oakland, Mathew Dubord (Megan) of Wilbraham and Megan Ruscio (Chad) of Monson; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Ada and Mae Dubord of Wilbraham.
