He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Alice of Dallas, TX. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Sallade (LaFond) of Wilbraham; his daughter Carey Sallade O'Brien; his son-in-law Timothy O'Brien; his granddaughter Molly O'Brien of Hatfield, MA.; his son Christopher Sallade; his daughter-in-law Margaret Sallade; his grandchildren, Lauren Sallade and Daniel Sallade of Wakefield, MA.; and his brother Dr. Richard Sallade (Maureen Sallade).
In lieu of flowers, the family will greatly appreciate donations made in Fred's name to the Wilbraham United Church, 500 Main Street, Wilbraham MA 01095.
