She is survived by: her parents, Walter Kukulka and Katherine Kukulka (Kiszka); her children, Judith Falzone (Joseph), James and Joseph (Lori); and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Brianna, Grace, Caroline, Tyler and Elise.
