She is survived by: her parents, Jose Baltazar and Maria Baltazar (Fernanda) of Ludlow; her daughters, Brianna Colaccino and Giavanna Colaccino; her sisters, Dalia Dacruz (Baltazar) of Naples, FL and Anabela Fernandes (David) of Marco Island, FL; her fiancé William Lamagdelaine; her son Chase; and her pet Lucky. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
