He is survived by: his child Kathleen Chapman of Glastonbury; his husband Bruce Baker; his children, Terence Kohn (Siri), Blake Chapman, Devin Chapman and Sharon Chapman of Wakefield; his husband Edward Russo; his children, Alison Miller and Cali Russo; his great grandchildren, Caitlin and Lillian Kohn; and his cousin Joyce Williams.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting contributions to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, attn.
