He is survived by: his mother Madeline Kwiatkowski; his siblings, Stephen Kwiatkowski of Wilbraham and Stephanie Welch (Joseph Santaniello) of Longmeadow; his aunts and uncles, Ann-Marie (Peter Kristoffy), Josephine Zajaczkowski of Enfield, CT, Lou (Mary Ramos), Edward (Bonnie Bonfiglio), Maryann (Bill Moslander) and Frank Meloni (Antonio Meloni) of Enfield; and his cousins, Kiera, Nicholas, Emma Kristoffy, Meghan, Johnathan Demetrion, Richard, Lisa Zajaczkowski, Jonathan, Tiffany Ramos, Thomas and Kellie Cunningham.
