Catherine Prendergast Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2020, at the age of 89, Catherine Prendergast of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sweeney and Beatrice Sweeney (Woods); her husband William K. Prendergast; and her son Sean P. Prendergast. She is survived by: her children, Kate Fernandes (Bill) of Wilbraham and Kevin Prendergast of West Berlin, NJ; and her sister Theresa Albright. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 18th from 4-7 PM at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd., Wilbraham (masks and social distancing will be required and visitors are asked to limit their time at the funeral home to allow for others to visit with the family).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Cecilia Church HOPE Ministries, 42 Main St., Wilbraham, MA 01095.
