She was predeceased by: her parent Clemens Swol; and her husband Boleslaw Lak. She is survived by: her parent Apolonia Swol (Jarosz); her daughter Lucille L. Chase (Arthur) of Palm Harbor; her grandchildren, John Yanusas (Joyce) of Rhode Island and Jennifer Fielding (Randy) of Cincinnati, OH; and her great grandchildren, Elyse Yanusas, Ryder Fielding and Conner Fielding.
