He is survived by: his parents, Michael Forrest and Brianna Forrest (O'Connell) of Hampden; his siblings, Lyla, Rose and Samuel; and his grandparents, Michael, Paula Forrest of Hampden, James and Terri O'Connell of Chicopee.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Cross Church (Holy Cross Ave, Holyoke, MA 01040).
