He was predeceased by: his wife Linda MacCurtain of Whitman; his children, Matthew MacCurtain (Rosemary) of Middleboro, Michael MacCurtain (Laurel) of Whitman, Kathleen Sances (Joseph), Bridgewater, Denise Bondi (Michael) of Dover, NH, Meredith Kessler (Eric) of Dover, NH and Colleen MacCurtain; and his grandchildren, Liam, Rosalia, Kaleigh, Anthony, Seamus, Tara, Salvatore, Shane, Lily, Joseph and Owen.
He is survived by: his brothers, William MacCurtain (Denise) of Wareham, Gerald MacCurtain (Cathy) of Braintree and Patrick MacCurtain of Boynton Beach, FL..
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the MacKinnon Funeral Home & Cremation Services (760 Washington St, Whitman, MA 02382). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Ghost Church (518 Washington St, Whitman, MA 02382). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. James Cemetery (504 Harvard St, Whitman, MA 02382).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mike memory to St. Jude Research Hospital.
