She is survived by: her husband Fred L. Gilmetti of Whitman; her children, Scott O'Dowd (Kelly Grimes) of Brookline and Jennifer Dykens (Sean) of Rochester; her brothers, James Cortese (Dianna) of Melrose and Robert Cortese (Jane) of Raymond, NH.; and her grandchildren, Ryan and Abigail. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
