He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fahey and Beatrice Fahey (Stevens); and his sister MaryLou Carter. He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Fahey (Kirwan); and his brothers, Peter Fahey of Newton and John Fahey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
