She was predeceased by: her husband Howard R. Jean; her daughter Phyllis McCarthy; her grandson Hugh Russell Casely; and her parents, F. Gardner Penniman and Doris Penniman.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Cook (Bert), Katherine Jean, Howard Roy Jean Jr. (Maureen) and Thomas G. Jean (Michelle); her son-in-law Michael McCarthy; and her daughter April Hillier (Wayne).
